Quick Tip: Don't Sabotage Your Workout

Don't sabotage your workout efforts by hitting the juice bar after a workout!  Juices, smoothies, slushies can all add unwanted calories.  Water, lowfat or skim chocolate milk (or soymilk)or a low calorie Gatorade (if you work out really hard or sweat a lot) would be your best choices.  Smoothies can add many unwanted calories.  Some even have many added sugars, not to mention the extra fruit sugars.  In addition, the serving sizes may be very large.  Choose wisely!
