2 Quick Things You Can Do to Lose Weight

Hi everyone- here are two quick tips to help you lose weight:

1.  Never eat out of the bag.  Unless it's a pre-portioned bag, DO NOT EAT anything (except maybe carrots or veggies) out of a bag!  It is so easy to lose track of amounts you are eating.  Plus, you can barely SEE what you are eating when it goes from bag to mouth.  

Get a bowl and portion out a serving size.  Then put the bag away, back in your pantry, and out of sight.

2.  Use smaller plates, cups and bowls.  It's amazing how we can play tricks on our brain!  If you fill up a small bowl with food it looks like alot.  If you put the same amount in a large bowl you will feel like you are getting gypped.  Trick your brain- use smaller bowls, cups and plates!
